-Fencing (Be sure to indicate that the fence will be tan color and PVC material per the covenants)
-Painting (Be sure to include the actual paint color code(s) for review)
-Landscape Plans
-Roof
-Basketball Hoop Plans
-Home Improvement Projects
-or any other matter that requires HOA approval/review

Please allow 14 days for the HOA Board to review and reply to all requests. The HOA appreciates your commitment to maintaining the quality of our neighborhood.
