Pursuant to our homeowner’s association’s by-laws, the HOA board will be hosting an August 2020 meeting open to all members of the Bellbrook Homeowner’s Association. Due to the unprecedented times we’re currently facing the HOA board has opted to hold this meeting virtually via Zoom.

The HOA board has never hosted a virtual board meeting and we are working to ensure that the meeting functions as smoothly as possible. 

If you plan to attend the Zoom meeting we ask that you please join the meeting at least 15 minutes in advance of the start time. This will allow you time to install the necessary software and ensure that your computer audio and microphone works as expected. If you have any questions regarding the use of Zoom in advance of the meeting please reach out to the community via the Bellbrook Facebook group. Board members and tech-savvy residents may be able to help you resolve any technical issues in advance of the meeting. In recognition of the fact that not everyone may have the technical capabilities necessary to join the live Zoom meeting will be providing a link to watch the recorded meeting after it has ended.

We’re excited to test a new platform for resident engagement in our community and expect a greater turnout that past in-person meetings. We look forward to an interactive and informative semi-annual update on our community!
